Echo AI Lab ("us", "we", or "our") is the publisher of mobile applications available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, including Lumiart AI – AI Image Generation (collectively, the "Apps" or, individually, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information across all of our Apps. Where a particular practice applies only to a specific App, that App is named in the relevant section.
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

This section describes how we handle face data within Lumiart AI – AI Image Generation only. Other apps published by Echo AI Lab do not collect or process face data. Lumiart AI is an AI image generation application that creates AI-stylized portraits and avatars from photographs that the user provides. Because this involves face data, which Apple and applicable privacy laws treat as sensitive, we describe our practices in detail below.
Within Lumiart AI we collect only static photographs that you voluntarily upload from your device's photo library or capture using your device camera inside the app. These photographs may contain your face. We do not collect video, live camera streams, face landmarks, face geometry templates, face embeddings, or any biometric identifiers used for recognition or authentication.
The photographs you submit through Lumiart AI are used solely to generate AI-stylized portraits or avatars (for example, illustrative, artistic, or themed renderings of the photograph) that are returned to you inside the app. We do not use your photographs to identify you, to authenticate you, to train any machine learning models, to build user profiles, for advertising, or for any purpose other than producing the AI output you requested.
We do not share, sell, rent, transfer, or otherwise disclose your face data to any third party. Photographs submitted through Lumiart AI are processed exclusively on backend servers operated by Echo AI Lab. No third-party AI providers, analytics services, advertising networks, or other external processors receive your face data.
Photographs are transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connection to backend servers operated by Echo AI Lab, where they are processed in memory. They are not stored in any persistent database, data warehouse, backup, or third-party cloud storage outside our controlled infrastructure.
We retain face data only for the brief period required to generate the AI output you requested. The original photograph is permanently deleted from our servers immediately after processing completes — typically within seconds, and in all cases before the processing request returns. We do not keep copies, archives, or backups of submitted photographs. Only the AI-generated output is returned to you and is stored only on your device.
Because we do not retain your face data after processing, there is no stored face data for us to delete on request. If you have questions about our handling of face data in Lumiart AI, contact us at admin@medici.com.vn.
When accessing the Service via a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including but not limited to device type, unique ID, IP address, OS, and browser type.
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to analyze our Service's usage and improve its functionality.
